If you are interested in having your group perform during the festival download the registration form below fill it out and email it to cedarfestivaloftrees@gmail.com.  You will receive a confirmation email from us when we recieve it and we will work with you to schedule a time for a group.  If you have problems or questions please feel free to contact us via email.
